We ask that all passengers arrange to arrive at New York Penn Station by 10:15 AM on Friday to expedite our check-in and boarding processes. Passengers will be escorted to our private railcars by a member of Executive Rail’s staff at about 10:30 AM.
Similarly, passengers must arrive at Pittsburgh Union Station no later than 7:00 AM on Sunday for check-in. Passengers will be escorted to our private railcars at about 7:15 AM.
Information regarding the on-board culinary experience will be distributed to passengers via email prior to the trip. Passengers will be asked to provide their meal selections from the offered menu options in advance to aid in our chef’s preparation and stocking of the train. Additionally, passengers will be asked at this time to notify us of any dietary restrictions or allergies so we may accommodate your specific needs.
Passengers will be responsible for their own ground transportation during their stay in Pittsburgh. Pittsburgh’s downtown area is easily traversable on foot or on public transportation during the day on Saturday. Please plan accordingly, and feel free to contact our staff at email@example.com with any questions or concerns.
Passengers will be entitled to a lounge seat, parlor seat, or double occupancy private bedroom on the train for the duration of the round-trip. The ticket price includes round-trip private rail transportation between New York and Pittsburgh, four on-board meals (lunch and dinner on Friday and breakfast and lunch on Sunday), and all beverages aboard the train.
The $2,800 bedroom rate is for two people to occupy a single private bedroom during the day ONLY. Overnight sleeping accommodations are not provided on board the train.
All passengers must make their own overnight hotel accommodations in Pittsburgh.
